Goal Descriptions

  • With Harvard in the box for hooking, Rensselaer's Jaimie Grigsby tallied her fifth power-play goal of the season. Whitney Renn fed the puck off from the left corner to Grigsby who was in the slot and managed to beat Larcom glove side at 2:56 of the first.
  • Harvard struck back with 23 seconds remaining in the first period. Kat Hughes picked the puck off Rensselaer at the Harvard blue line and sent it to Becca Gilmore moving up the ice. Gilmore entered the o-zone, skating through two Rensselaer defenders before burying the puck over Lovisa Selander's pad far side.
  • With less than a minute to go in the second, Keely Moy put the Crimson ahead on her first power-play goal of the season. After Emma Buckles ripped a shot from the point, Moy punched in the rebound from just outside the left of the crease at 19:21 of the second frame.
