PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Facing a top-10 opponent for the first-time this season, No. 1 Harvard (4-0, 3-0 Ivy) continued its record-breaking winning streak with an 8-1 road win at No. 9 Penn (6-3, 0-1 Ivy) on Saturday at Penn Squash Center.
The day's first point came from senior captain
Hana Moataz who defeated Penn's Ashley Manning in straight sets. With the Crimson in front 4-1, the match was clinched for the visitors with a victory by junior
Evie Coxon at the fourth singles spot. Coxon upended her opponent, Amina Tamer, 3-0.
Harvard would go on to win the three outstanding matches to complete the 8-1 result.
