CAMBRIDGE, MASS. – No. 1 Harvard (9-0, 6-0 Ivy) added two wins to its record on Sunday (Jan. 23) taking down both No. 8 Cornell (3-5, 1-3 Ivy) and No. 10 Amherst (8-3) at the Murr Center Squash Courts.
The Crimson first posted a 7-2 victory over Cornell, before managing a 9-0 sweep of Amherst in the evening match. The wins extend the program's win-streak to 92 straight victories, a CSA women's record.
Harvard Highlights / Match Notes
- Evie Coxon, Brecon Welch, Marina Stefanoni, Serena Daniel, Amira Singh all went 2-0 on the day.
- Coxon lost just 26 combined points across her two matches, the fewest of any Crimson player who competed twice on the day.
