CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. – Harvard women's ice hockey forward
Kristin Della Rovere was announced by ECAC Hockey on Monday as the conference's Driscoll Skating & Skills Player of the Week for the week ending Jan. 30.
The junior dazzled in Harvard's 6-2 victory vs. No. 10/10 Clarkson last Friday, posting four points on a goal and three assists while also winning 15 of 28 face-offs.
The four points and three assists were each new career highs for the Ontario, Canada native, and all came during the game's opening period, helping Harvard jump out to a 4-1 lead through 20 minutes.
Della Rovere is up to 24 points on the season and has registered a team-high 16 assists in 20 games played.
The center's past ECAC Hockey awards include Player of the Month honors in December of 2019 as well as Rookie of the Month in December of 2018. Della Rovere was also named Third-Team All-ECAC Hockey for the 2019-20 season.
