Men's Lacrosse to Host Second Annual Burrito Bowl to Support Team IMPACT

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Harvard men's lacrosse will continue its Fall season this weekend when it takes the field at Harvard Stadium for the 2nd annual Burrito Bowl. As a part of the event, the Crimson is running a fundraiser to raise money for Team IMPACT. The program has worked closely with Team IMPACT over the past several years and is thrilled to continue its partnership with such an inspirational organization.

Over the last three years, Harvard Men's Lacrosse has signed an extremely valuable teammate to the roster, Braxton. With the help of his parents, Karen and Mike, and Team Impact, Braxton has become a full-fledged member of Harvard Lacrosse. His contributions extend beyond the field, lighting up everyone's day with a smile and being a supportive teammate. Officially signing onto the team last spring, Braxton, a 6th grader, is excited to embark on another really competitive season with his teammates.

The competition on the field starts with the coaches, Ted Bergman and Will Corrigan, who drafted the senior class. The seniors on each side will then draft the teams with no input from its coach. The two sides will then compete in an intra squad scrimmage with the winning team getting their choice of a post-game meal.

All the action kicks off at 11:30 this Saturday, October 29 at Harvard Stadium.
