Men’s Squash Opens Ivy League Play Against Brown

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – No. 1 Harvard men's squash (1-0, 0-0 Ivy) will remain home to open 2022-23 Ivy League play as they take on Brown on Tuesday, November 15 at 5:30 p.m.

What to know

  • The Crimson opened their 2022-23 season on Saturday, November 12 by sweeping No. 10 Rochester. 
  • Against Rochester, Harvard won eight out of nine matches in 3-0 fashion. 
  • Co-captains Marwan Tarek and George Crowne began their final seasons by representing the Crimson in the No. 1 and No. 3 positions, respectively, against Rochester and outscoring their opponents a combined 66-23.
  • First-years David Costales, Denis Gilevskiy, and Ishant Shah all captured their first career collegiate wins this past weekend.
  • The Crimson have never dropped a match to Brown as the series record currently stands at 31-0.
