CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Harvard men's swimming and diving junior
David Abrahams is the Men's Para National Champion in the 100-meter breaststroke after winning the multi-class event at the 2022 USA Para Swimming National Championship last week at the Mecklenburg Aquatic Center.
Abrahams finished the final in first place with a time of 1:08:35 and is currently ranked fifth in the world in the 100-meter breaststroke in his para class.
Last year, Abrahams captured a silver medal in the men's 100-meter breaststroke – SB13, representing Team USA at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics. He also came in fourth in the 200-meter individual medley – S13 and competed in the heats of the 100-meter butterfly – S13 at the Paralympics.
