CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard-Radcliffe Women's Heavyweight Rowing team returns to the water after a week off for its annual race against Yale with Northeastern joining the field as well. This year, the Black and White will race for the Nathaniel H. Case and Rowlands Trophy against the Bulldogs and Huskies, respectively, on the Housatonic River in Derby, Conn.
The Black and White currently sport a 1-2 record against Ivy League foes and will look to improve its record this Saturday on the Housatonic against the rival Bulldogs.
Radcliffe can expect decent weather this Saturday in Southern Connecticut with temperatures set to be around 60 degrees under partly cloudy skies for most of the morning. The wind could end up being a factor in the race, with speeds expected to be anywhere from 5-10 mph and gusts up to 15 mph.
