BUFFALO, N.Y. – Harvard Women's Hockey will be represented by four members of the program at this year's USA Hockey National Festival. Mia Botti, Becca Gilmore and Dominique Petrie will take part in the camp which will be used to evaluate players who hope to make the 2022 U.S. Women's World Championship or the U.S. Collegiate Select Team (U22) rosters. Assistant Coach, Lee-J Mirasolo, will also attend the festival and will coach the U22 Team (formerly the development team).
 
The three players are all part of the 116-player field that is made up of the top skaters in the country. The trio will show off their skills in hopes to be selected for one of the two teams. Rosters will be selected at the end of the five-day festival on Aug. 13 and announced the day after.
 
One of the most prolific student-athletes in program history, Gilmore '22, recently completed her Harvard career by leading the program to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2015 by recording a team-high 45 points. Gilmore will enter consideration for the US National Team after finishing her career ranked 14th all-time in Harvard history with 125 career points.
 
Another Crimson great, Petrie '22, was invited to the camp after finishing up her storied Harvard career. Petrie finished her Harvard career ranked T-45th all-time with 71 points.
 
One of the Crimson' top defensewomen, Mia Botti, was also invited to the festival after helping Harvard lock down opponents in 2021-22. The Massachusetts native played in all 33 games, notching 15 points while blocking 34 shots.
