CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Football jumped four spots, from No. 23 to No. 19, in the latest AFCA FCS Coaches Poll. The Crimson is fresh off a 17-9 victory over Dartmouth this past Saturday at Harvard Stadium.

Harvard enters this week's action with a 6-1 overall record and a 3-1 mark in the Ivy League. The Crimson is one of nine FCS teams with one loss or fewer and finds itself tied for first place in the league standings. Harvard's seven-game season-opening record, meanwhile, is tied for its best start since 2016, when that squad was 6-1 after seven outings.

The Crimson has now appeared in seven consecutive AFCA FCS Coaches Polls, which is its longest streak since 2016, when it was ranked for nine straight weeks. Harvard's No. 19 ranking is tied for its third highest this season. The Crimson was also ranked No. 19 going into its game vs. Cornell and has enjoyed being ranked No. 17 and No. 18 in previous polls.

In the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 Poll, Harvard remains on the outside looking in, with 80 points, which is second among the "Others Receiving Votes." Mercer is No. 25 with 103 points and Central Arkansas (94) is the first team out of the rankings.
