Football Holds Firm at No. 19 in AFCA Coaches Poll, Re-Enters Stats Perform Poll at No. 24

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Football will enter this Saturday's Senior Day contest ranked No. 19 in the AFCA FCS Coaches Poll and No. 24 in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 Poll. The Crimson remained in its No. 19 position from last week in the coaches rankings and re-entered the Stats Perform poll after a two-week hiatus.

Harvard is coming off a 38-24 road win over Columbia this past Saturday, helping it move to 7-1 on the season and 4-1 in the Ivy League. The victory put the Crimson atop the Ivy League standings, one game ahead of Dartmouth, Penn, Yale and Princeton.

The Crimson finds itself in the coaches poll for the eighth straight week, which marks its longest such streak since 2016, when that squad was ranked for nine consecutive weeks. As for the Stats Perform poll, Harvard has been ranked four times in 2023, its highest total since '16, when it made six appearances.

Harvard will be back in action on Saturday when it welcomes Penn to Cambridge. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET, with the contest airing live on ESPN+. Tickets for the Crimson's regular-season home finale are available at GoCrimson.com.
