CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Harvard ski teams returned from the Williams Carnival with a fifth-place showing out of the 14 EISA league institutions. Both teams saw career-best records and spots on the podium despite the warm and rainy weather.
HARVARD HIGHLIGHTS
Rémi Drolet took both a first and second-place spot on the podium this weekend. On Friday, Feb. 17, Drolet won the Classic 10k race with a time of 30:06.9, a full 40 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher. Drolet capped of his weekend at the Williams Carnival with another podium finish, placing second in the Freestyle 10k with a time of 21:34.1.
As the EISA circuit comes to a close next weekend, the Crimson has moved up from sixth place to fifth place over the past two carnival weekends.

The Harvard ski teams will compete in the St. Lawrence Carnival/EISA Regionals this weekend Feb 24-25. The nordic team will race at Mt. Van Hoeveberg in Lake Placid, New York. The alpine venue will be Whiteface Mountain in Wilmington, New York.
