CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard University men's soccer senior midfielder
Willem Ebbinge has earned Top Drawer Soccer Player of the Week honors as well as a spot on the organization's Team of the Week following a week in which he tallied five assists, Top Drawer Soccer announced on Tuesday.
Ebbinge tallied five assists last week as Harvard topped Fairfield (4-2) and earned a point in a 1-1 draw with Cornell. He tied Harvard's single-game school record with a career-high four assists against the Stags before adding another assist on the Crimson's goal against the Big Red. He recorded assists on all five of Harvard's goals on the week.
Ebbinge currently ranks second all-time at Harvard and fourth all-time in Ivy League history in career assists (29).
Harvard plays at No. 18 New Hampshire tonight – Tuesday, Sept. 26 – at 6:00 p.m. (ESPN+).
