CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Harvard Men's and Women's Ice Hockey donated over 500 stuffed animals as part of its fourth annual Teddy Bear Toss. With more than 2,000 fans helping contribute to the yearly initiative, the stuffed animals will be delivered to children at Massachusetts General Hospital for Children, Massachusetts General Brigham, and Franciscan Children's just in time for the holiday season. 
 
The collection drive took place during the women's ice hockey game against the Providence Friars on Nov. 22, and the men's ice hockey game against the St. Lawrence Saints on Dec. 7, at Bright-Landry Hockey Center. Fans brought or purchased stuffed animals to toss onto the ice during the second intermission, where they were collected for donation.
