CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Two-time NCAA men's cross country national champion
Graham Blanks embarks on his professional career with New Balance after a storied Harvard cross country and track & field career.
A native of Athens, Georgia, Blanks reached incredible heights during his three-and-a-half-year career with the Harvard Crimson, becoming the first student-athlete in conference history to win multiple NCAA national titles in cross country competition. Blanks is also just the 13
th student-athlete in NCAA history to capture consecutive men'scross country national championships. Blanks is also the only four-time USTFCCCA Cross Country All-America selection in program history.
On the track, Blanks owns Ivy League records in the indoor mile (3:57.63), indoor 3000m (7:44.76), indoor 5000m (12:59.89), and the outdoor 5000m (13:12.61). At the 2024 Paris Olympics last August, Blanks made his debut with Team USA on the sport's grandest stage, finishing in ninth in the 5000m final at the Stade de France. In collegiate action, Blanks is a five-time USTFCCCA All-America selection.
With his time of 12:59.89 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, Blanks meets the qualification standards for the 2025 World Championships.
