  • Shepherd's stat line and specifically his team team leading 12 and 15 digs in either match, helped earn the junior EIVA Defensive Player of the Week.
  • The Crimson have taken home three defensive honors this season with Shepherd joining James Bardin and Ethan Smith in receiving the weekly award.
  • The matchup between the Warriors and the Crimson will be the second meeting between the two squads this season.  The 3-0 Harvard win on Friday, February 9, ignited the Crimson hot streak.
  • Harvard has never lost to Merrimack, holding a 3-0 record against the Warriors after meeting them for the first time ever last season.
