The Crimson opened 2026 in Santa Barbara against three nationally ranked opponents (No. 6 UC Irvine, No. 11 CSUN, No. 17 UC Santa Barbara), earning multiple set wins and showing early promise. Harvard secured its first victory in the home opener against Manhattan and followed with a straight-set win over Merrimack at the Harvard Invitational. The team also pushed No. 8 BYU to extra points in a tightly contested set, reinforcing its ability to challenge top programs.

In EIVA play, Harvard swept Charleston for two conference wins and later added victories over American International and Sacred Heart. Junior Owen Woolbert led defensively, earning two EIVA Defensive Player of the Week honors while posting highly efficient offensive numbers.

The Crimson ended the season with a 6-17 record and earned 10 EIVA honors; Second-Team All-EIVA recognition for Owen Woolbert, Honorable Mention All-EIVA selections for Brian Thomas and Thomas Phung, and All-Academic honors for Zach Berty, Quinn Bishop, Sawyer Nichols, Thomas Phung, Adrian Shevchuk, Brian Thomas, and Owen Woolbert.

Harvard is looking ahead with a strong foundation of experience, depth, and momentum.
