CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard University Football tallied 10 Phil Steele Preseason All-Ivy League honorees, including senior running back
Shane McLaughlin who gained Phil Steele Preseason Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year accolades.

As a team, the Crimson totaled four first-team selections – two each on offense and defense – alongside six second-team choices with three on offensive, one on defense, and two on special teams.

McLaughlin – a unanimous First Team All-Ivy selection last fall – rushed for 830 yards and six rushing touchdowns a season ago, averaging 92.2 yards per game and 5.4 yards per carry. In 2023, he led the Ivy League in rushing yards (830), rushing attempts (155), and rushing yards per game (92.2).
