Skiing’s Donley Begins Nordic Competition at NCAA Championships

HANOVER, N.H. – Senior Quincy Donley made her debut at the NCAA Championships on Thursday placing 38th in the women's 7.5k classic at Oak Hill on the first day of nordic action and second day overall at the championships.
 
Wearing bib number nine, Donley tallied a 27:18.6 in the 7.5k classic, clocking an 8:30.6 at the 2.5k mark and a 17:52.2 at the 5k mark.
 
First-year Duncan Armstrong opened competition for the Crimson at the NCAA Championships on Wednesday, competing in men's slalom.
 
Harvard continues competition at the NCAA Championships with the men's giant slalom on Friday, Mar. 7 at 10:15 a.m. and the women's 20k freestyle on Saturday, Mar. 8 at noon.

Harvard Highlights: Nordic Day 1 (Thursday)

  • Senior Quincy Donley made her debut at the NCAA Championships with a 38th-place finish in the women's 7.5k classic. She notched a 27:18.6 with an 8:30.6 at the 2.5k mark and a 17:52.2 at the 5k mark. 

Harvard Highlights: Alpine Day 1 (Wednesday)

  • First-year Duncan Armstrong opened competition at the 2025 NCAA Championships on day one on Wednesday with the men's slalom. He placed 34th in run one with a 50.07 but did not complete run two as skiers competed under difficult conditions with rain and mild temperatures.
