CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Women's lacrosse returns to Jordan Field on Saturday to take on No. 14 Penn at 12:00 p.m. Looking to get to .500 in Ivy play, the Crimson will host four of its next five games at home to close out the 2025 regular season.
In a busy day on Sunday, the Crimson will host its annual Alumnae Weekend and MGH AYA game on Saturday.
WHAT TO KNOW
LAST TIME OUT
- Falling to the Bears 12-10, Harvard took an early 4-1 lead in the game but could not hold off a big second half from Brown to fall to 1-2 in Ivy League play.
- Caroline Mullahy broke the Ivy League record for most career assists after finding Hannah Shiels for the second Crimson goal of the game. With two assists in the game, Mullahy now has 127 career assists as she looks to become the first player in Ivy League history to have 130+ helpers.
LOOKING BACK
- The Crimson fell to No. 15 Penn on the road last season by a score of 18-8.
- The Quakers jumped out to a 10-4 lead at the half and held on to take the game.

- Harvard is led by Devon Wills, the sixth-year Carole Kleinfelder Head Coach for Harvard Women's Lacrosse. The Crimson has increased its win total over the last three seasons under Wills, from seven in 2022 to eight in 2023 and ten in 2024.
- Last season's 10-win performance (10-5) was the program's first since the 2011 squad finished at 10-6. The Crimson finished at least five games over .500 for the first time since Kleinfelder's 1994 team posted an 11-4 record.
- Harvard enters 2025 coming off its third straight Ivy League Tournament appearance, its longest streak since qualifying in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.

LEADING THE CRIMSON
- Annabel Child, Charley Meier, and Caroline Mullahy were named captains during the offseason.
- Mullahy led the nation in assists per game (3.67) and earned honorable mention All-Ivy recognition.
- Annabel Child recorded a team-high 25 caused turnovers and 33 ground balls, ranking second on the team.
- Child anchored a Crimson defense that ranked eighth in the NCAA in ground balls per game, averaging 20.08.
- Meier started in 14 of 15 games last season, tallying 11 goals and two assists for 13 points while also earning an Academic All-Ivy nod.
AMONG THE NATION'S BEST
- As a team, the Crimson finished in the top 10 nationally in four major statistical categories last season.
- The Crimson defense ranked eighth in the nation, averaging 20.08 ground balls per game.
- Led by Caroline Mullahy, Harvard finished fourth in the nation with 8.78 assists per game.
- With three players recording 60+ points, the Crimson averaged 24.73 points per game, ranking fifth in the nation.
- Scoring more than 200 goals for the first time since 2018, Harvard finished with 240 goals in 15 games. Averaging 16.00 goals per game, the Crimson recorded its highest single-season goal total in more than 15 years, ranking seventh nationally in goals per game.
