Women’s Volleyball Earns 17th Straight AVCA Team Academic Award and Honor Roll Distinction

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard women's volleyball continued its streak of academic success in 2024-25 by earning the AVCA Team Academic Award and being named to the Team Academic Honor Roll, the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced today.

The Crimson have earned the two accolades in each of the last 17 seasons.  To be eligible for the AVCA Team Academic Award, teams must maintain a year-long grade-point average (GPA) of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale.  Additionally, the honor roll distinction highlights programs in the top 20% of GPAs for their division.

Harvard is the only Ivy League school to be represented on the honor roll in 2025.  With Harvard men's volleyball also receiving the distinction, Harvard is the only school to have both men's and women's programs represented on the list.
