The Crimson will meet the Beacons in a tune-up matchup ahead of the 2025-26 regular season, which will begin on November 7 at 5:00 p.m. (ESPN+) against MIT at Lavietes Pavilion.
During regular season play, Harvard and UMass Boston have met once with the Crimson taking a 78-50 decision over the Beacons on November 6, 2023.
The NCAA announced new legislation, which is set to begin with the 2025-26 season, that allows teams the option to schedule up to two preseason exhibition games with fans in attendance against any four-year school, including Division I teams, without the need to sign a waiver.
Harvard will also compete in one road exhibition prior to the regular season, taking on Providence College on October 25 at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island.
