CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Wrestling hosts Princeton and Penn this weekend in the only home duals of the season at the MAC.
Harvard is set to face off against the Tigers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday before hosting its senior night on Sunday against Penn at 1:00 p.m. Both duals will be streamed on ESPN+.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Last season, Harvard fell to both Princeton and Penn.
- Harvard opened Ivy League play on the road last weekend against Cornell and held its own against the highly touted Big Red
- The Crimson began the dual with wins at 125 and 133 pounds and closed with a victory at 197 pounds.
- At 125 pounds, sophomore Logan Brzozowski defeated Cornell's Ernie Perry via technical fall. Brzozowski earned his fourth dual win of the season and second technical fall of the year.
- At 133 pounds, junior and team captain Coleman Nogle earned a 3-2 decision victory over Bret Ungar. The Laurel, Maryland native picked up his third win of the season, all of which have come during dual meets.
- At 197 pounds, sophomore Hudson Skove defeated Carson Grace by decision, 5-2. Skove earned his fourth win of the season, with three coming during the dual meet slate.
- Later in the day, Harvard came out firing against Binghamton, winning six straight matches to open the dual against the Bearcats.
- Logan Brzozowski followed up his Cornell win with a 4-2 decision victory over Carson Wagner. A third-period takedown propelled Brzozowski to his fifth dual win of the season, improving him to 11-10 overall. Seven of Brzozowski's 11 wins this season have come by decision.
- Coleman Nogle earned his second win of the day, defeating Dillon Arrick by 8–0 major decision. The win marked Nogle's first major decision victory of the season and improved his record to 4-3.
- At 141 pounds, senior Dante Frinzi pinned Ryan Hartung just moments into the match. Frinzi, is now 7-11 on the season, 2-2 in duals, with three wins by fall in 2025-26.
- Junior Jack Crook defeated Caleb Sweet via technical fall at 149 pounds. The Harvard captain earned his second technical fall of the season and improved to 7-6 overall.
- Senior Jimmy Harrington secured a 5–2 decision win at 157 pounds over Fin Nadeau. Harrington leads the Crimson in wins this season and improved to 14–5 overall and 9–2 in decision matches.
- At 165 pounds, junior Joseph Cangro pinned Jordan Brown to record another fall for Harvard. Cangro earned his 10th win of the season.
- Harvard's scoring concluded at 184 pounds, where junior Matthew Walsh defeated Will Ebert by an 8-5 decision.Walsh's victory marked his eighth win of the season.
- Harrington, Crook and junior Coleman Nogle are the Crimsons team captains this season.
