CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Football has finished in the top 25 of both major polls in the final rankings of the 2025 season, checking in at No. 20 in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 and at No. 23 in AFCA FCS Coaches Poll.
Harvard is coming off a year that saw it earn a national ranking for a majority of the campaign, including a top-10 mark the final three weeks of the regular season. The Crimson posted a 9-2 record (6-1 Ivy) and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA FCS Playoffs in the Ivy League's first season of eligibility.
In its first season of FCS postseason eligibility, the Crimson made the 24-team championship field as an at-large selection after going 9-1 overall and 6-1 in the Ivy League during the regular season. Harvard captured its third straight conference title (20th overall) and was the first Ivy team to clinch the crown after a 45-43 victory over Penn on Nov. 15.
Harvard finished the regular season at 9-1 overall and 6-1 in the Ivy League, records not seen in Cambridge since 2015, when that year's team posted identical marks.
