CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The No. 1 Harvard-Radcliffe women's lightweight rowing team opens its 2026 spring campaign on the road, traveling to New Jersey to face No. 2 Princeton on Saturday, April 4 at Lake Carnegie. The two programs will compete for the Class of 1999 Cup. Streming will be available on ESPN+.

- The Crimson is guided by an experienced group of captains in Kristine Schwartza, Rikke Nielsen, and Sisira Holbrook, who will lead the squad into a competitive spring slate.
- Saturday's race renews a historic rivalry, as Harvard-Radcliffe takes on Princeton for the Class of 1999 Cup. The Crimson trails the all-time series, 13–20, and will look to secure its first victory over the Tigers since 2017.
- The matchup marks the first of four consecutive weeks of competition. Following Princeton, Harvard-Radcliffe will remain on the road for the Knecht Cup in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (April 11–12), before returning to face MIT and Boston University in the Beanpot (April 18), and Tufts (April 25).
- Harvard-Radcliffe enters the spring ranked No. 1 in the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association poll after closing out the fall with a strong performance at the 60th Annual Head of the Charles Regatta, capturing the Women's Lightweight Eight title.
