Harvard started quickly at both ends of the court, taking a 6-0 lead as Okolie found Saunders on the break. Things cooled off for the Crimson, however, with Dartmouth evening the score at 8-8 midway through the frame. Miller errupted for 11 straight points to singlehandedly end Harvard's drought, with his third 3-pointer of the stretch moving the score to 19-13.

The Crimson shot 52.2 percent (12-23) through the first 20 minutes against a 26.9 percent (7-26) clip for Dartmouth, and held a 12-6 advantage in points in the paint.

The Crimson regained a double-digit margin coming out of the break, 34-23, before a 7-2 stretch pulled the Big Green within 38-33. Harvard responded with nine unanswered points, however, punctuated by Miller's fourth triple of the night for a 47-33 advantage.

Dartmouth made one more run at the lead, cutting it to 51-44 on another Boehm 3, but Harvard responded as Saunders hit a pair of free throws before finding Okolie for a two-handed slam and a 55-44 edge. Chambers capped the scoring off at the line with just 10 seconds to play, giving the Crimson its final 57-46 margin.
