PHILADELPHIA – Harvard men's basketball freshman Bryce Aiken earned Ivy League All-Tournament honors after netting a career-high 28 points against Yale, the conference announced Sunday.

The Ancient Eight Rookie of the Year, Aiken led all scorers against the Bulldogs, shooting 11-of-25 from the field and dishing out two assists.
