CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard men's heavyweight rowing program will be well represented at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games as five current and former athletes were named to the United States National Team, USRowing announced on Friday.

Clark Dean '22, Conor Harrity '18, Andrew Reed '14 and Alexander Richards '18 are set to compete, albeit it in two different boats -- the men's four and men's eight. The quintet's inclusion on the National Team roster will mark the 15
th consecutive Olympic Games that at least one Harvard rower has competed.
As for the athletes themselves, Dean and Reed make up half of the all-Ivy League men's four and will be joined by Michael Grady (Cornell) and Anders Weiss (Brown). Corrigan, Harrity and Richards, meanwhile, earned spots in the men's eight, with five hailing from Ancient Eight institutions.
The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games will be held July 23-Aug. 9, with rowing events slated to start on the morning of July 23.
