RACICE, Czech Republic – Brigid Kennedy '21, recent graduate of Radcliffe lightweight rowing, placed ninth overall in the lightweight women's single sculls at the recent World Rowing Under 23 Championships. This was her fifth appearance as a part of the US Under 23 National Team.
 
Kennedy advanced to the B Final, where she took third in the race, clocking 8:10.23. The winner of her race, Eline Rol from Switzerland, finished in 8:06.26.
 
The Dunster House resident was a four-year letterwinner for Radcliffe lightweight rowing and graduated with a degree in neuroscience.
