CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - No. 18 Harvard men's water polo junior goalie
Noah Hodge has earned NWPC Defensive Player of the Week, the Northeast Water Polo Conference announced today, Sept. 14.
A native of San Juan Capistrano, Calif., Hodge tallied 20 saves across two games as the Crimson went 3-0 at the Princeton Invitational this past weekend. He made eight saves in the 14-10 victory over No. 16 Bucknell before a 12-save performance in the 15-11 win over George Washington, with eight coming in the second half. Hodge added three assists on the weekend and now has 46 saves through his first four games of the season.
Harvard (6-1) is set for a pair of games at Blodgett Pool on Saturday, Sept. 18 at the Harvard Mini Invitational. The Crimson will take on George Washington (1-5) at 9:00 a.m. (
