PROVIDENCE, R.I. – National Championship season commenced for sailing this past weekend (April 23-24) with Brown hosting the first ever Women's Team Race National Championship to kick off a slew of ICSA regattas to come. The Crimson earned a spot in the top-six following a 6-5 performance in the opening round robin which included wins against Georgetown, Cornell, MIT, Tulane, South Florida and Michigan. Harvard went on to add one additional victory in the top-six round robin, beating Dartmouth with second, third and fourth place finishes.

Back home on the Charles, Harvard was also represented at both the Boston Dinghy Cup and Morris Trophy Fleet Race.
The Crimson took second at the former of the two regattas, totaling 141 points in the three-division fleet race co-hosted by Harvard and MIT. The Crimson finished inside the top-three in all divisions with
Lachlain McGranahan and
Chris Wang placing third in the "A" group,
Dylan Ascencios and
Alexandra Dorofeev taking second in "B" and
