Radcliffe Lightweight Rowing Set to Compete at the Eastern Sprints Regatta

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard-Radcliffe Women's Lightweight Rowing team returns to action this Sunday when it travels to Worcester, Mass. to race in the Eastern Sprints Regatta. The Black and White are set to compete in six events on Lake Quinsigamond during the regatta including varsity eight, four and pairs events.

Radcliffe is coming into the race after a pair of wins in an exhibition race against Bates College last weekend on the Charles.

Radcliffe crews can expect great conditions in Worcester with temperatures expected to be high as 66 degrees. There is a 0-percent chance of rain in the forecast but light winds, around six to eight miles per hour, are expected on the course during the race.
