CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Harvard men's and women's cross-country teams are sending athletes to compete in two meets this weekend: The Coast to Coast in Beantown Invitational on Friday, Sept. 23 at Franklin Park in Boston, Mass. and the Cowboy Jamboree on Saturday, Sept. 24 in Stillwater, Okla.

The Coast to Coast in Beantown Invitational will be hosted by Boston College. The racing schedule will consist of the women's 5k starting at 12:00 p.m. followed by the men's 8k at 12:30 p.m. Live results will be available for the meet.

Oklahoma State University will host the Cowboy Jamboree on Saturday with the women's 6k starting at 8:45 a.m. ET and the men's 8k starting at 9:30 a.m. ET. The race will run at the same site that the 2022 NCAA Cross Country National Championship will be held at in November. Many teams with hopes of racing in the championship meet are expected to attend the Cowboy Jamboree. Live results will be available for the meet.

What To Know

• Both Harvard teams last raced against the Princeton and Yale teams at the 2022 HYP meet. The women's team won the meet and the men's team took second behind Princeton.
• Maia Ramsden took first in the women's 5k at Franklin Park in 17:48.2 followed by Isabelle Goldstein in third.
• Graham Blanks led the men's 6k to finish in first with a time of 17:39.3. He was followed be Acer Iverson in third.
• The Harvard men's team is ranked 15th by the USTFCCA as of Tuesday, Sept. 20. The women's team ranks 20th. Both teams fell from 12th-place rankings after a weekend off of competition.
