CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – No. 69 Harvard Women's Tennis (8-7) will open Ivy League play against Dartmouth College on Saturday, April 1 at 2 p.m. The match will be played at the Murr Center Tennis Courts. The match will also be streamed live on Stretch Internet.
After the match at 4:30 p.m., Harvard will play host to its Title IX Clinic. Title IX giveaways will be available and kids in seventh grade and under can participate in the post-match clinic with Crimson student athletes.
What to Know
- At 8-7 on the season, Harvard currently ranks No. 69 in the country. The Crimson is coming off a 5-2 win against No. 54 BYU on March 17.
- First-year Charlotte Owensby enters this week's match ranked No. 103 in the ITA singles rankings.
- The match will be the Crimson's first conference match of the season. Harvard finished in fourth place in the Ivy League last year.
- The Big Green are 4-8 on the season, but are coming off a 6-1 victory over Arkansas Tech.
- Harvard leads the all-time series with Dartmouth, 36-12, and has won five straight matches against the Big Green dating back to 2017.
