MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Harvard women's swimming and diving's Nina Janmyr qualified for the NCAA Championships in 1-meter diving on Tuesday at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships in Morgantown, West Virginia.
 
Janmyr, Evie Geier and Remi Edvalson all made it out of the preliminary rounds and into the championship event. Janmyr led the group with a score of 542.05, which was good for 10^th place, securing her spot at the national meet based her NCAA-qualifying performance 24 hours prior in the 3-meter event. Geier, meanwhile, came in 15^th after posting a score of 519.50, with Edvalson finishing in 16^th (517.30).
 
Katie Laverty fell three places shy of moving on to the finals, completing her preliminary performance in 21^st place (247.00). Amy Wotovich also competed on the 1-meter board and finished the prelims in 38^th (229.85).
 
The Crimson wraps up action at the Zone Championships on Wednesday at The Aquatic Center at Mylan Park. The action will get underway at 11 a.m. ET.
