CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – No. 72 Harvard women's tennis (10-8, 2-1 Ivy) is set to play a pair of matches in New York this weekend. The Crimson will begin in Ithaca on Saturday, April 15, facing off against Cornell (4-13, 0-3 Ivy) at 12 p.m. Then on Sunday, April 16, Harvard will clash with Columbia (8-7, 2-1 Ivy) in New York City at 1 p.m.

- At 10-8 on the season, Harvard currently ranks No. 72 in the country. The Crimson enters the weekend having won three out of its last four matches.
- Last week, the Crimson defeated Yale, 4-1, at home before narrowly falling to No. 69 Brown, 4-2, on the road.
- First-year Charlotte Owensby enters this week's matches ranked No. 116 in the ITA singles rankings. Owensby leads the team with 15 singles wins this year.
- Sophomore Maxi Duncan has also been on a roll in the spring season. Duncan is 11-3 in singles this spring, which leads the team. She has also not lost a match since facing off against No. 4 Duke on Feb. 4.
- Cornell is 4-13 on the season and is coming off a 4-0 loss to No. 48 Princeton. The Big Red is 0-3 in Ivy League play this season.
- Harvard has won six in a row over the Big Red and lead the all-time series, 42-5.
- Harvard defeated Cornell earlier this season in the first round of the ECAC Championships, 4-0.
- Columbia is 8-7 on the season and is coming off a 4-0 win over Penn. The Lions are 2-1 in Ivy League play.
