LONDON, England. – Radcliffe Lightweight Rowing and the lwt 2 won the Parkside Trophy on Sunday. The Black and White won four races on the Thames River over the weekend to secure the victory. Radcliffe easily defeated Princeton after crossing the line with a time of 6:07.30 nearly 28 seconds ahead of the Tigers to win the Trophy.
 
Earlier in the morning the lwt 2 defeated Cambridge University by almost 20 seconds to book their trip to the finals. To start Sunday, Oxford Brookes University narrowly defeated the 8+ in their quarter-final bracket. 
 
The 2x boat was just two seconds behind D S R V Laga in their quarter-final matchup while the fours boat fell to Imperial College in their quarter-final matchup as well.
