Men’s Water Polo Shows Dominance in 22-2 Victory Over Mercyhurst

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – No. 18 Harvard men's water polo won in a powerful team effort over Mercyhurst Sunday morning at Blodgett Pool. The Crimson improved its record to 6-2 overall and 4-1 at home this season.
 
Harvard got off to a quick 7-2 lead to start the game and went on a 5-0 run. Sophomore James Rozolis-Hill had an electric takeaway and goal at the end of the first half, as Harvard led 12-2 at the half.
 
The Crimson kept the goals coming, scoring three quick goals to open the second half. Junior Alex James scored on a saucy backhand shot in the third quarter, and Senior Colin Le added a laser goal in the fourth.

NEXT UP 

The Crimson head down to Princeton for an Ivy League matchup on Saturday, Sep. 30, for a noon matchup against the Tigers. The game will be streamed on ESPN+.
