Women's Lacrosse Ready for Big Matchup with No. 10 Yale

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – No. 22/20 Harvard women's lacrosse hits the road this weekend for a big matchup with No. 10 Yale on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. Originally scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday the game has been moved to 12:00 p.m. and will air on NESN. 
 
Moving up in the most recent edition of the polls, the Crimson look to make it four consecutive victories after a perfect week at Jordan last week. Picking up wins over Dartmouth, Merrimack, and Cornell last week, Harvard outscored its opponents 47-20 in the three games.
 
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
  • Yale checks in at No. 10 on the most recent IWLCA poll after a 10-1 start to the season. 
  • Perfect in conference play, the Bulldogs have beaten Princeton, Dartmouth, Brown and No. 7 Penn. 
  • The one loss for Yale  came at the hands of the No.4 Boston College Eagles. 
  • Jenna Collignon leads the team in goals (28) and points (31). 
  • The Bulldogs have a +70 goal differential.  
LAST TIME OUT
  • Riley Campbell added another hat-trick in the Ivy win. 
  • Just before the half, Riley CampbellCallie Hem, and Stella Shea had combined for all seven goals with Campbell and Hem tallying six of the seven. 
  • Caroline Mullahy's two assists in the first half helped move her into second place all-time in single-season assists. Mullahy sits only eight back of the program record of 48 set back in 1983. Mullahy finished the game with four helpers. 
  • Despina Giannakopoulos was great defensively for the Crimson after registering a career-high nine ground balls and two caused turnovers.
CHASING HISTORY

NEXT UP
