CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – For the first time since 2010, Harvard women's tennis earned a spot in the field of 64, clinching an at large bid to the 2024 NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Tournament.
The Crimson drew the Austin, Texas regional and will travel to University of Texas this weekend to take on the No. 9 seeded Longhorns in the opening round. The match up is set for Saturday, May 4 at 1:00 p.m. CT.
The winner of the battle will take on the winner of Georgia Tech versus Illinois on Sunday, May 5 at 1:00 p.m. CT for a spot in the Sweet Sixteen. Harvard, who has won 15 of its last 17 matches will look to continue its historic season and win its first NCAA match since 2005 when the Crimson advanced to the round of 16.
