CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - No. 16 men's water polo is set to travel west for the Rare Air Challenge at Air Force in Colorado Springs. Opening with Air Force on Saturday, the Crimson will close Saturday with Navy at 8:00 p.m. ET. Wrapping up the quick trip to Colorado, Harvard will play Concordia at 12:00 p.m. ET and Biola on Sunday at 4:15 p.m. ET. The Crimson went 2-1 last weekend to improve to 4-2 on the season with another four games on tap for the weekend. Game one against Air Force will stream on ESPN+ starting at 2:00 p.m. ET while the rest of the games this weekend will not be streamed.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Harvard will play Air Force for the first time since 2021, when it came away with a 14-5 win. Harvard trails the career series 3-4.
- The Crimson have not played Navy since 2017, when it came away with a 17-10 win. Harvard trails the season series with the Midshipmen as it looks to pick up its fifth career win against Navy.
- The Crimson will play its fourth game this season against a ranked opponent when it takes on Navy on saturday night. The No. 17 Midshipmen sit just one spot behind Harvard in the most recent ACWPC poll. Harvard owns a 1-2 record in ranked games this season.
- James Rozolis-Hill came away with the NWPC Player of the Week for his first weekly honors of the season.
- Following up a great opening weekend at the Bruno Classic, James Rozolis-Hill added five goals and a helper against Bucknell Saturday morning before another hat-trick against George Washington. Finishing the weekend with a four-goal and three-assist game against Fordham,
- The sophomore is 28 goals away from breaking the program record for most career goals.
- Dating back to last season the Crimson hold a 7-2 record on the road.
