Harvard Men’s and Women’s Squash Land in Top Five in CSA Preseason Polls

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Ahead of the 2025-26 college squash season, the Harvard men's and women's squash teams both landed in the top-five in the College Squash Association's (CSA) Preseason Polls. The Crimson women's team earned the top spot on the list, coming in at No. 1 and the men's team was voted into the No. 3 spot on the first rankings of the season. Both programs bring back a host of veteran student-athletes that will mix in with two talented recruiting classes during the upcoming 2025-26 season.

The National runner-up at last year's National Championships, the Harvard women's squash team is primed for another run at the title in 2025-26. The Crimson returns its top three players in the lineup in senior Saran Nghiem, sophomore Caroline Fouts and junior Lucie Stefanoni. Senior Molly Stoltz and sophomore Ocean Ma will also return to Crimson lineup to help the Crimson chase trophies in the Spring.

Harvard will also introduce three talented first-year athletes in Jomana Ahmed, Ona Blasco Puig and Dixon Hill. The highly touted class hopes to make an immediate impact when it begins play in December.

The Harvard men's squash team was voted as the No. 3 team in the first poll of the season after securing a sixth place finish at the 2025 CSA Team National Championships. Senior David Costales will return to lead the Crimson alongside his classmate, Denis Gilevskiy, in 2025-26. The duo will be joined by junior returners Omar Azzam and Jacob Lin along with sophomore Segev Rome at the top of the Crimson lineup.

The program also retooled this offseason by bringing in three talented first-year competitors. Alexander Broadbridge, Christian Capella and Maddox Moxham all recently completed extremely successful junior careers and will look to transition their success to the collegiate level when the Crimson's season begins in November.

Harvard squash is just a few short weeks away from beginning its 2025-26 campaigns. Follow the team on social media (X, Instagram and Facebook) and follow along online at GoCrimson.com to track Harvard's progress throughout the season.
