Softball Reveals 2026 Schedule

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard softball's return to the diamond is on the horizon, as the Crimson announced its 2026 schedule today. The Crimson will head to Arizona, South Carolina, Florida, New York and Connecticut to face top competition from around the country before starting the Ivy League slate at Yale.

The campaign begins out west on Saturday, Feb. 14 and Sunday, Feb. 15, as Harvard heads to Grand Canyon for four games. The Crimson open the season with matchups against Sacramento State and Northern Colorado on Saturday, Feb. 14, as the Crimson conclude its time in Arizona on Sunday, Feb. 15 with a showdown against tournament host Grand Canyon and a rematch against Northern Colorado.

Harvard returns to the east coast from Friday, Feb. 20 to Sunday, Feb. 22, as this time the Crimson travel to South Carolina for a series of contests at USC Upstate and Wofford. The Crimson begin its time in the Palmetto State with a doubleheader on Friday, Feb. 20, as Harvard starts the day with a meeting against regional foe Holy Cross and ends the afternoon with a contest against tournament host USC Upstate. The following day sees the Crimson take on Holy Cross again followed by a matchup with Wofford, as Harvard wraps its time in South Carolina on Sunday, Feb. 22 with a contest against Morgan State.

The Crimson wrap the month of February in the Sunshine State, as Harvard travels to Florida from Friday, Feb. 27 to Sunday, Mar. 1. Harvard opens the weekend with a doubleheader on Friday, Feb. 27, as the Crimson face South Dakota followed by a showdown with tournament host FIU. Harvard will matchup with Fordham on Saturday, Feb. 28, as the Crimson's final two opponents in Florida are to be determined.

A trip to New York awaits the Crimson on Saturday, Mar. 14 and Sunday, Mar. 15. The Crimson take on Army and St. John's on Saturday, Mar. 14, as rematches with the Black Knights and the Red Storm arrive on Sunday, Mar. 15. Harvard wraps its slew of nonconference slate on Wednesday, Mar. 18 with a doubleheader at Sacred Heart.

Ivy League action begins on Saturday, Mar. 21 and Sunday, Mar. 22, as the Crimson renew its long running rivalry with Yale. Last season saw the Crimson sweep the Bulldogs at Soldiers Field. Harvard welcomes Dartmouth to Soldiers Field on Saturday, Mar. 28 and Sunday, Mar. 29 for the home opener, as the Crimson took all three games against the Big Green in Hanover last year.

The Crimson hit the road on Saturday, Apr. 4 and Sunday, Apr. 5, as the Crimson travel to Cornell, as Harvard remains away from home on Saturday, Apr. 11 and Sunday, Apr. 12 for a trip to Brown.
An eight-game homestand at Soldiers Field begins on Tuesday, Apr. 14 with a contest against Boston University, as Harvard also hosts Penn for a three-game set on Saturday, Apr. 18 and Sunday, Apr. 19. Another nonconference opponent arrives at Soldiers Field on Tuesday, Apr. 21, as Stonehill travels to Cambridge. Harvard concludes its homestand with a three-game series against Ancient Eight rival Princeton on Saturday, Apr. 25 and Sunday, Apr. 26.

Harvard ends the regular season in the Big Apple, as the Crimson head to Columbia on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3. The 2026 Ivy League Tournament begins on Thursday, May 7.
