PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Harvard Women's Swimming and Diving finished first-day action at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships at Rutgers Aquatics Center on Monday. The Crimson advanced two athletes to the 3-meter finals after two separate preliminary rounds.
First-year
Ennika Carlson and senior
Amy Wotovich earned spots in the finals. Carlson finished in third place in Prelim A, posting a score of 313.05, which was good for fifth in the 71-diver field. Wotovich, meanwhile, was 10
th in Prelim B, after putting up a 274.80 (18
th overall).
After six additional championship dives, Carlson finished with the 10
th-best score (595.60) and Wotovich was four spots behind in 14
th after a final score of 574.85.

rd; 271.55),
Samantha Holtz (26
th; 265.70) and
Elizabeth Miclau (35
th; 255.40) also competed in the prelims, but did not advance to the 18-diver final.
Harvard returns to the pool tomorrow for the 1-meter diving competition. Prelim A is set for a 10:15 a.m. ET start, with the second prelim slated to begin at 3 p.m. ET. All the action will be streamed live on
