CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -Â Harvard Men's Heavyweight Rowing has officially announced its 2026 spring schedule. The Crimson will compete in nine events, including three home regattas, three away competitions, two postseason competitions, and the annual Harvard-Yale regatta.

The team had a strong showing in 2025, with the first varsity capturing gold at Eastern Sprints for the first time since 2014, while the second and third varsity boats also won their events. At the IRA National Championships, the first and second varsity eights both earned silver medals, while the third varsity secured a national title with a dominant performance. Harvard concluded the season on a historic note, sweeping the 158th edition of the Harvard-Yale Regatta.
Harvard kicks off the season in Florida at the Sarasota Invitational on Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28, competing for the Bolles Cup against the University of Washington and the Stein Cup against Brown.
The Crimson will return to Cambridge to host two regattas. The first home event will be on Saturday, April 4, to race Cornell for the Robinson Cup. Harvard will then welcome Princeton on Saturday, April 18, to compete for the Compton Cup.
On Saturday, April 25, Harvard will travel to Pennsylvania to face Navy and Penn for the Adams Cup. The Crimson will close out the regular season at home on Saturday, April 28, hosting Boston rival Northeastern in the battle for the Smith Cup.
The postseason opens on Saturday, May 17, in Worcester, Massachusetts with the Eastern Sprints. The IRA Championships will follow on May 29-31 in Sacramento, California.Â
