What to Know
- The Crimson comes into its final regular-season meet with a perfect 7-0 dual record (5-0 Ivy League).Harvard returns to Blodgett Pool after defeating Penn, 207-92, and Boston College, 244-50, on Jan. 17.
- Princeton and Yale enter the meet with impressive records of their own. The Tigers are the highest ranked Ivy school at No. 22 with a 10-0 (5-0 Ivy) record. The Bulldogs sit at 6-0 (5-0 Ivy).
- On Saturday, Harvard will recognize its four-member senior class, which consists of Anders Aistars, David Greeley, Nico Hensch, and Raphael Tourette. The group has been a part of two Ivy League-championship-winning teams.
- The Crimson is looking to finish the regular season with an unblemished conference record for the 12th time in the last 18 competition seasons (2020-21 was canceled). The times when Harvard missed out on an undefeated campaign, it dropped just one dual meet (2008-09, 2009-10, 2011-12, 2015-16, 2023-24, 2024-25).
- While Harvard looks for a perfect overall dual-meet record, it would be the fifth under Kevin Tyrrell, The Ulen-Brooks Endowed Coach for Harvard Men's Swimming & Diving, who coached his first season at Harvard in 2013-14. The last time the Crimson went unbeaten was in 2022-23 (7-0).
- With a split at HYP, Harvard will have its first 8-win dual-meet season since 2021-22 (8-1). A sweep, however, will give the Crimson its first 9-win campaign since 2017-18, when it finished at 9-0.
- Last season's HYP was held at Yale, where the Crimson fell to both Princeton and Yale in closely contested competition.
- Harvard leads 50-40 in the all-time series against the Bulldogs and owns a 46-39 all-time series advantage over the Tigers.
