CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Harvard track and field will be sending seven current and incoming first-year athletes to Santiago de Cali, Colombia to compete in the World Athletics U20 Championships from August 1-6.

The competition field at the World U20 Championships is composed of athletes who have achieved a certain standard for each individual event. Each country is allowed two athletes in each individual event and one relay team. You can view the full entry lists and read more about the meet here.

Both the Harvard men's and women's track and field teams will be represented at the meet, with athletes competing for seven different countries in sprints, hurdles, distance and both vertical and horizontal jumps.

Izzy Goudros, who competed for Harvard at the 2022 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, will represent Canada in the long jump.
